Brendan McArdle was educated by the Holy Ghost Fathers at St Mary’s College, Rathmines, Dublin. He was admitted to the roll of Solicitors in 1970. 

 

Brendan has been practising law for over forty years and was formerly the Principal of McArdle & Company Solicitors, Donnybrook, Dublin 4. He specialises in litigation and in particular personal injury claims, both from a plaintiff and defendant stance, having acted for all the major insurance companies as a defence solicitor. 

 

As a general practitioner Brendan also has a vast experience of Conveyancing, both private and commercial, Probate, Employment Law and Family Law. 

 

A member of The Law Society of Ireland and the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association, a Commissioner for Oaths, Brendan has now joined forces merging his Practice with Marcus Lynch Solicitors LLP as a Consultant.
